The F02 Safety pressure sensor is available for pressure ranges up to 1200 bar. The sensor provides parallel dual output signals, with the second output representing an inverted signal. Users can select between ratiometric output or 4-20 mA output in three-wire technology.
The dual-channel architecture enables the control unit to not only verify the F02 Safety sensor’s functionality but also continuously monitor the signal path. This qualifies the sensor for safety-critical applications requiring Performance Level (PL) d, AgPL d, or SIL 2 certification.
With a media temperature range of -40 to +125°C, the sensor maintains total accuracy of ≤1% FS across the compensated temperature range of 0 to +80°C.
Maximum integration flexibility is achieved through multiple available pressure port options and a compact design. Electrical connection is established via either a 5-pin M12 connector or Deutsch DT04 connector.
