STW Wiedemann pressure sensor family is a modular system for measuring pneumatic and hydraulic pressures, delivering optimal solutions for every application. The ability to combine pressure connections, measurement ranges, electrical connections, and output signals in almost any configuration makes our products versatile and comprehensive. All sensors feature the E1 certification mark and are designed to operate in extremely challenging conditions, such as the high demands of hydraulics or braking systems in mobile machinery. Depending on the pressure range, our sensors use silicon measurement cells (for low pressures) or welded stainless steel measurement cells (for high pressures). Thanks to various measurement cell materials, the sensors are resistant to aggressive and non-aggressive gases and liquids. Upon request, we also offer versions in 316L design, suitable for use with hydrogen, CNG, and LPG. In addition to the standard M01 version, the F02 Safety variant is available for safety-critical applications requiring an appropriate Performance Level (PL). Specifically for applications involving hydrogen and ATEX environments, we have developed the SMX.pt-ha1 variant. Meanwhile, the SMX.pt-ea1 sensor is designed for high-precision measurements under high-temperature conditions, typical for cylinder pressure measurements in combustion engines.
